Dr.Agka graduated from Xanthi Minority High School in 1975. He graduated from Istanbul University Capa Medical Faculty in 1984. She received his specialization from Haseki State Hospital in 1994. In 1995, she worked as a Specialist at Istanbul Hospital for 1-1,5 years. From 2000 to 2010, she admitted patients in the practice. worked in a private polyclinic in Esenler for 5 years. She has been continuing at Istanbul Hospital since 2014.
