Patient has the right to choose his doctor, choose the health institution or change it at any stage of the treatment.<\/p><p>A patient may request that his or her procedures continue in another organization while he or she is undergoing diagnosis or treatment at a center that our organization or organization has an agreement with.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2122\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2122\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Right to Information and Consent<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2122\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2122\"><p>Through our initiatives and patients themselves or their legal representatives or the potential risk of each initiative proposed medical benefits, the alternatives of the initiatives proposed treatment is being done and will move on to include the result of the process are entitled to a method and full information about their health can understand that language.<\/p><p>Apart from medical and legal obligations, our patients have the right to decide on the treatment to be applied after being informed about the risk of serious side effects related to their disease, the risk of death, problems related to recovery, the chance of success, etc. If our patient uses this right, he is considered to have given his consent to the procedures to be performed.<\/p><p>Our patients have the right to receive information about the correct assessment and treatment of pain.<\/p><p>Our patients and their families have the right to receive information on how to choose to donate organs and other tissues.<\/p><p>Being informed about how our patients can participate in clinical trials and experiments conducted at the hospital, and how our patients who have agreed to participate will also be protected<\/p><p>they and their families have the right to receive information about it.<\/p><p>Our patients can review and receive a copy of the medical records containing information about their health status directly or through their proxy or legal representative. These records can be viewed only by those who are directly related to the treatment of the patient. However, it is essential that the patient is informed by his physician about whether changing the institution will cause life-threatening and whether his illness will worsen, and that it is not medically objectionable to change the health institution in terms of life-threatening. If the patient refuses the treatment with a certificate, he will be dismissed from our institution.
